Arrive in Georgia. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2: TBILISI
City tour of Tbilisi: Metekhi Church, delight with unforgettable panoramic views over the river Mtkvari and the main attractions of Tbilisi old district, Narikala Fortress - the ancient symbol of the city, Sioni built in 6th-7th CC, synagogue, the only remaining mosque in Tbilisi, etc. Visit Abanotubani sulfur baths. Visitors will walk to the pedestrian street Sharden. Visit Museum of Art. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3: TBILISI / KAKHETI
Departure to the East part of Georgia Kakheti Region, homeland of wine. Visit Shuamta - XI- XVII CC church, Ikalto monastery and academy, local family museum and workshop of carpets, see the traditional methods of making carpets. Visit Alaverdi Cathedral. Short break Telavi. The route continues to Tsinandali - family estate, museum, vinery. Overnight in Sighnaghi.
Day 4: KAKHETI REGION / TBILISI
Sightseeing of Sighnaghi - walking on the streets and enjoy with panoramic views over the Alazani Valley and the greater Caucasus mountains. Departure for Bodbe Monastery dedicated to St. Nino. Visit a rock-hewn Georgian Orthodox monastery complex David Gareja, located near the border with Azerbaigan, in the Semi-desert area (2 km walking). Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 5: TBILISI / BOLNISI / DMANISI / VARDZIA
Visit an Orthodox Church Bolnisis Sioni, where was founded the first Georgian inscription. Visit Nakalakari of Dmanisi - an archaeological site which states that Georgia is one of the first European countries. Visit Vardzia Cave Town pass Tsalka and Paravani Lake. High mountains and rock cliffs, special kind of architecture, carved into the rock. Overnight in Vardzia.
Day 6: AKHALTSIKHE / BORJOMI / KUTAISI
Visit Rabati Castle in Akhaltsikhe. Short break of Borjomi. City tour of Kutaisi. Visit renovated Bagrati Cathedral - symbol of the city and Gelati Monastery Complex - is recognized by UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight in Kutaisi.
Day 7: KUTAISI / BATUMI
Departure for Batumi, city tour - seaside city on the Black Sea coast, with attractive European and Asian architecture, churches, cobbled streets, active night and day life, especially during the summer months. Visit the Achara Art & Ethnographical Museum and Gonio Fortress that is home to the grave of the Apostle Matthew. Overnight in Batumi.
Day 8: BATUMI / GORI / UPLISTSIKHE / TBILISI
On the way of Tbilisi visit Gori - birth place and museum of Joseph Stalin. Visit Uplistsikhe Cave Town. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 9: TBILISI / MTSKHETA / ANANURI / TBILISI
Departure for Mtskheta - an old capital of Iberia kingdom, visit Jvari (Cross) perched on a hill and overlooking the confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral ("Life-giving column") - 11th. Visit wine company and discover Georgian royal family history and legends; take taste of premium class wine with Georgian delicious snacks. Visit Ananuri Castel with picturesque views over Jinvali Reservoir. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 10: TBILISI
Transfer to airport, departure.
